Recovery's theme is one of revival and revitalization. The album is Eminem's seventh release and contains his third #1 single ever, "Not Afraid."

Despite the fact that so many actors have turned rappers and singers in the past and fallen by the wayside, the Canadian native reaches into his rhyming repertoire and finds a way to turn rap on its ear—or in essence begin his reach toward the proverbial lyricist big league ladder.

The Killers, staring Aston Kutcher and Katherine Heigl, is Hollywood’s latest stab at satirizing American suburbia. An average American romance combines with good old-fashion espionage, where the typical block party turns into a playful shootout between assassins. Yet this movie is no Mr. and Mrs. Smith. Fixated more on the ordinary turmoil of young marriage than car-chases and conspiracy theories, the spy twist becomes just another joke in the movie, among peeing difficulties and marital bickering.

After a five year hiatus, Toni Braxon, returns true to form with Pulse. The album consists of eleven cuts colliding with each other to create a perfect listening experience. The opener, "Yesterday" begins the set with backup from Trey Songz and exudes the same consistency that previous Toni openers have done drawing the listener in. "Make My Heart" finds Toni in a club and dance zone. The song takes Toni to a different element with her gravitating register simmering within the beat.
