So my initial idea was to do research on the hot new item for fall: "skinny" jeans or "jeggings" as they are sometimes referred to; then I started to see them up close and personal on everyone. I'm not kidding! No matter their shape or size, skinny jeans look horrid. As I was perusing through the jean's section, ever hopeful that I would find my size and a nice comfy boot cut fit, I was inundated with SKINNY jeans...in every size. Lyfe Jennings' fourth and final album entitled, I Still Believe, is his best work by far. It offers more than a glimpse into the thirty seven year old's complex life and his mastery of lyricism, but a prolific view into his mind. "Statistics," is an advisory to women out there who dive first into relationships without thinking. It does not quite set the tone for the album, but is precisely placed at its opening. The song "Love," reverberates with technically sound production and is another admonition this time to the men out there who do not take the time to give the women the love they deserve.

Ask Troy Davis, the 41-year-old Georgia man who has spent the last 19 years on Death Row for the 1989 murder of Mark Allen MacPhail, an off-duty, white police officer, in Savannah. On Tuesday, a federal judge in Georgia rejected Davis’ claims of innocence after a rare evidence hearing that was ordered by the U.S. Supreme Court.
